| The Ultimate Team and notes on Compensation
When it comes to MLM / Network Marketing reward systems, Iâd like you to ask yourself this question, âWhat does network marketing mean for you? â Chances are, most people never really understand what theyâre locked into, how the business works â so long as it pays!
As for the Ultimate Team, is there an 'Ultimate compensation plan' that comes with being a member of the Ultimate Team? If so what does it look like? Whatâs available out there, what works and what really works when it comes to reward systems?
If we go back over some familiar information, at the core of most MLM/Network Marketing business opportunities is the attraction that âYou by-pass the âMiddle Manâ! Remember this? Sure you do. Just about every business opportunity Iâve ever been involved with has focussed on this aspect and itâs a valid one â to some degree or another. We also note that the activities listed under the Traditional Distribution System account for 70% - 80% of cost of product which is taken up by the âMiddle Manâ!
Most people hearing this for the first time get quite a rush as they realise that been paying far too much to the âMiddle Manâ for too long! This enlightening information serves to build tremendous enthusiasm. Thoughts of being part of an Ultimate Team becomes extremely motivating.
But thereâs one part of this âequationâ that doesnât get quite so much attention and itâs a vital part of the âequationâ.Can you guess which part that is? You got it ⊠The Customer!
Now, if youâre a seasoned campaigner youâll realise why this is very important because any explanation as to HOW customers are acquired its often left until last worse still , until you - the Prospect â has signed up and paid your enrolment!
As time goes by, training sessions have been attended, family, friends, workmates and everyone in your sphere of influence has been approached thereâs a realisation that to make some real money in this business (any business for that matter) you have to attract CUSTOMERS! Even more important is the requirement to retain customers for repeat business- for that is the lifeblood weâre seeking if our business is to grow. Even an Ultimate Team without customers will struggle for, in this business, as in most businesses, you get paid when customers BUY!
Now when times are tough as they are at the moment, people tighten their belts try to do without luxury items and concentrate on the necessities, but they still buy! This, if nothing else, reinforces how customers are the key to success in business â not associates or affiliates (although they can and do play a big part in the scheme of things) or the compensation plan.
Having customers, more so than leads, is a big differentiator in a business.
No doubt youâve been down that track also â you know what I mean. Leads are sold by many companies who quite often have no interest in what you are selling. The leads are a result of a basic survey where applicants have a chance to win a prize such as a car, Television etc. You see, acquiring Targeted Leads is much too hard for such enterprises. They just want to on-sell the leads and make a profit.
Think about this and youâll realise what a huge benefit it is to be able to buy Customers â not Leads! This is where the Ultimate Team has been really smart.
